I grew up with Scardino's pizza on Friday nights. It was the only pizza my parents would ever buy, though Pizza places were not as common as they are now. Having been through every kind of Pizza since then, from the low-cost delivery chains to the high-end gourmet establishments, as well as quite a few authentic Italian Restaurants. (I've had the brick-oven Pizza in New York City too, I even had one flown in on my girlfriends lap on a return flight from New York!) I've recently rediscovered Scardinos, and it is by far the best Pizza anywhere! It just is, you should do yourself a favor and try it. I also recomment the meatball/sausage sandwich, they take alot of care and chop the sausage up, blending it with the meatballs for an amazing combination of flavor in every bite. This is my first review here, I dont often leave feedback, but this place stands out for me and my friends as the best Pizza place we've ever found! Enjoy!

I am a pizza lover and I love Scardino's pizza. It hasn't been quite the same since I became a vegetarian (because the best topping combo is pepperoni and meatball), but it is still my favorite place to enjoy great pizza. My family has been coming here for 30 years, since before I was born, that's how good it is! Basically the crust is delicious, can't find another like it. It has a nice fresh quality to it, something you'll never get at pizza hut or domino's. The amount of cheese is quite generous, yet I wish there was more of its gooey goodness. And you can't go wrong with any of the toppings. They are also a great place to get sandwiches and other italian food, but the pizza is why this place is so fantastic. So in short, stop reading this review and go get yourself some pizza from this great place :). It's only take out, but worth the drive. And make sure you get your order in early on Friday's and Saturday's, or the wait may be more than an hour!
